Petition to Graduate

Undergraduates should file a Petition to Graduate one calendar year before anticipated graduation, but not before the third quarter of their third year. Petition forms must be obtained from the Registrar's Office. Once filled out, it must be signed by one of the department's undergraduate advisors and returned to the Registrar's Office. One form is required for each of the student's majors. A Petition to Graduate is required of all seniors. Students who wish to graduate with a minor must file a similar petition signed by an advisor in the minor department.
