Law and Politics
The Department of Political Science has strengths in American, Comparative, and International Law and Politics.
Our faculty and students study the development of legal institutions and the rule of law in developing countries, authoritarian regimes, emerging democracies and in the international system. We also have strengths in the law and politics of the American criminal justice and immigration politics.
